7-Day Return and Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day return and exchange period. You have seven days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility To be eligible, your item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange (Fastest Way)

1. Contact Us Immediately: Send a WhatsApp message with your Order Identification Number and the reason for the return.

Exchanges We process direct exchanges. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will dispatch the correct item to you.

Refunds If your refund is approved, the funds will be processed and sent to you via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash within three to five working days after approval.

Please note: Since we use Cash on Delivery COD, we cannot refund to a credit card or original payment method.
